Swap Spring is in the air Toilet Paper Roll Mini Photo Tag Books.

For this Swap we are going to upcycle those left over Toilet Paper Rolls. You use empty Toilet Paper rolls to make a Mini book and make tags to go inside of the pocket. There is an example photo below. Using 3 or 4 rolls to create your mini book. You can use anything you wish to on the rolls. You can use paper, or paint them, or anything your heart desires. You can hold them together with yarn, string, rubber bands, let your imagination go wild. The Theme of this swap is Spring is in the Air. Use those words how you wish when creating your mini book. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, I would be happy to answer any of your questions! :)

My Tribute to Easter with my 3-D Easter Egg background. This background was so simple to make, Just trace around any object and start with straight lines until you get to the outlined object. Once you get to the tracing marks create a bridge effect, making your straight lines now curved UPWARD slightly. Do this through out the whole picture and you will end up with a 3-D effect. Enjoy!!

Eggcellent Swap

These cute little eggs were created due to a swap from They were in perfect timing as I have felt rather egg head-ish lately! lol It's that time of the year when you are ready to have spring at your doorstep and it rains instead and the wind blows a hundred miles per hour and you have to break out the winter attire again. Blah!!
Creating these little fun springy eggs helped that blah dissipate for a short time and bring in some mental sunshine. These were easy to do, some plastic eggs from the dollar store and some cute tape, a couple glittered flowers, some words and some ( whoot whoot) Mardi Gras beads, nope, I didn't earn them, but nonetheless they are fun and you have yourself a cute spring time egg. :)

This is something that is not only fun, but also very easy to make. These vases were old and scratched up inside to the point you could not see through the glass any longer. A bit of jute in 2 different colors and some paint sprayed on to some hand crafted jute flowers, add a couple of buttons and you have a wonderful vase to show off your gorgeous flowers. Come to for more wonderful ideas to enhance your arts and craft pleasures.

In this challenge we will use what we have in our stash piles, stock, and anything else we can use to create a piece that talks about your thoughts where you are right now. If you have been not creating lately, or you have been creating lately and you want to press the limits a bit more, this challenge is for you.
The goal is to use up things around you without having to buy ANYTHING! This can be honestly anything, from scraps, to paper towels, to junk mail, to food, to anything your heart desires. This challenge is designed to help motive you into a new world of exploring different options in arts and crafts, breaking through the silence :)
You can use anything for your substrate, meaning, if you want to use junk mail for your background then go ahead, if you want to use paper plates, go head. There is no limits, in fact I am hoping you will press through those limitations. This jump start is only the beginning of what is about to come and what you can make and create using things you would have never thought of before.
I can't wait to see your exciting pieces! Please don't forget to add some words to your piece, add your thoughts, whatever those might be at this time.
